Small Group Training...
If you're looking for added motivation, with all the benefits of 1-2-1 Personal Training, this will be right up your street!
How it works
Small group sessions normally involve two or three people being trained at the same time. This tends to work well for couples and friends. You don't need to be of exactly the same ability levels but it can add a little extra motivation if you are loosely matched. It's also helpful if the group has similar goals.
I prefer to work with a maximum of three clients in any one session, to ensure you get my full attention.
Process & Programmes
You will go through the same process as 1-2-1 Personal Training clients, with a free initial consultation, posture assessment and relevant ability testing.
The training programme will be specifically created for the group, but you can still expect to be challenged and motivated on an individual level throughout each session.
You can also expect individual nutritional advice, tailored to your requirements. Additionally, we'll also work on individual and group goals.
Programme lengths are the same as those provided to 1-2-1 Personal Training clients, giving you the option of 3, 6 or 12 month packages.
Each member of the group will also receive access to my rewards and partners schemes.
Group training is always good fun and the added incentive of working through a challenge with a buddy or two can provide a real personal boost.
