There's a hundred and one different approaches to losing weight, getting fit or adding muscle, but which one is best suited to you? 

Losing weight, toning-up or just finding ways to keep your workout exciting can be a real challenge. My aim is to support you every step of the way to achieving your goals,  as well as offering the required education to help you feel comfortable and knowledgeable in continuing to develop thereafter.

Emotiv Personal Training is founded on the desire to create life-long transformations, which (unlike 'quick-fix' solutions) require time, education and the development of consistent habits.

It is for this reason I commit to working with a limited number of clients at any one time and offer only three programmes:

The Process

Starting out

Every programme starts with a free consultation. The consultation provides the opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better and for me to understand your goals and motivations before we start your journey. 

A Holistic Approach

Usually, we'll then go through a postural assessment and nutritional assessment as well as any relevant fitness tests, this helps set some bench marks and develop the right programme to help you reach your goals. 

Training Sessions

Each of our training sessions will be designed to be both fun and challenging, keeping your mind engaged and causing your body to continually adapt. You'll receive my support throughout each session, and I can be reached during working hours, via email or telephone to answer any questions you may have.

In some cases, you may also receive a home workout to enable you to continue your progress around our sessions. 

Personal Training sessions will take place in Clevedon (near Bristol), at Body Management gym. You can expect each session to last roughly 45 minutes, it's always best to arrive 5-10 minutes before to maximise our time together.

Nutrition

Alongside our training sessions, we'll work together using my knowledge and experience to help you develop a lifestyle plan, which allows you to reach your goals whilst enjoying what you eat.
