Nutrition & Weight loss
The value of nutrition should never be underestimated. Neither should the importance of understanding there is no 'one size fits all' approach.
It's important we work together to ensure that you are able to support your exercise with an understanding of how to fuel and maintain your body.
Diet without the guess work
Whether you've tried one diet or one hundred, you will have undoubtedly experienced the frustration of days, weeks, even months of hard work not amounting to any significant change. Using DNAFit, all the guess work is removed.
...and all it takes is a small sample of your DNA!
So, whether you need a personalised diet plan for weight loss or you require your body to be at its optimum potential for your next big event, together we can create the perfect strategy, based on your genetics.
Sound good? Well, what's even better is that your genes don't change, so one test can lead to a lifetime of change.
How does it work?
First we take a swab from the inside of your cheek, I'll then send this off to the lab to be analysed.
Once the lab have completed their testing, a detailed report will be drawn up and sent back. I'll arrange a consultation with you, and together we'll go through the report and look at how we can amend your nutrition and training requirements to best match your genetics.
